The prices described may vary according to the conditions that PROMATCO requires, the current and updated dollar price at the time of payment, according to the Central Bank of Costa Rica.
The delivery and/or shipment service is subject to optimal ground transportation coverage and/or with adequate access, inside or outside the GAM. The prices vary depending on the place where the delivery is made and this amount will be specified in the invoice.
Payments made for shipping services are not subject to return, consult 2296-8000 in case of doubt.
RETURN POLICY
Returns will only be received for purchases made in the same month, as long as they meet the following requirements:
- Original packaging, that do not present any damage and that have not been opened.
- Submit purchase invoice.
- The product must be delivered by the customer to our offices for review, proceed with the refund of money through the initial payment method.
- Take into account that this procedure has an administrative cost of 15%.
